Stef leads the 6 week foundation programme, oversees all members progress, and makes sure the training environment is supportive, friendly and genuinely empowering.

Elaine is the firecracker of Evolve, the coach who brings the ENERGY, the spice and the push you didn't know you needed.

She is fierce (in the best way), massively supportive and knows exactly how to get the absolute most out of every single person in her sessions.

Her coaching style is fast paced, motivating and full of personality.

Clients love her because she makes training fun while still demanding your best, every rep, every set, every week. If you want to be challenged, and held to a higher standard, Elaine is your coach.

Strength Coach & 1:1 Specialist

Tiff brings a calm, supportive and highly technical approach to coaching. She specialises in 1:1 and 2:1 coaching- perfect for clients who want that personal attention, tailored guidance and a coach who genuinely knows how to get the best out of them.

Her eye for detail, patience and ability to teach complex movements simply makes her the go-to coach for refining technique and building confidence quickly.

Anna
Head Coach

Anna is the standard setter at Evolve. 

With years of coaching experience, She built her foundation in small group personal training before specialising in structured strength and progressive programming.

Anna is known for her sharp eye for detail and her ability to make subtle corrections feel natural and intentional, small adjustments that create big results.

As Head Coach, Anna oversees client journeys, ensuring every member progresses with purpose and precision.
