6 Week Foundation Programme
The perfect starting point for anyone new to Evolve. you'll train in a small group 3x per week, learn technique, build confidence and get personalised coaching support with training and nutrition. No extremes. No fads. Just real coaching tailored to your lifestyle.

Memberships
After the foundation programme, you have the opportunity to join our 'inner circle' membership.
This includes, small group sessions, Coaching support from the Evolve team, A friendly training community, Clear progression and results tracking.
1:1 / 2:1 Coaching
For clients who want the highest level of individual support. Our 1:1 and 2:1 coaching sessions offer hands-on guidance, personalised programming, and expert technique coaching in a private setting. We coach all ages, abilities and genders in 1:1 sessions.
With limited slots available between our group timetable, these sessions are ideal for anyone who:
- Needs tailored support
- Has specific performance or rehab goals
- Wants a quieter environment
- Prefers to work closely with a dedicated coach.
